Your board of trustee-directors has, with the aid of an independent consultant-facilitator, sought community opinion by survey, group discussions and one-to-one chats to gain opinion, views and wishes as to how we should go forward. We also collaborated closely with the Community Council to ensure we capture as wide a community perspective as possible with all points of view considered.
The result of this work is captured in the strategy. This forms the framework for our work over the next five years.
