Cairnoch Hill Wind Farm: Public Exhibition 3rd June 2026
Eurowind Energy Limited, invites you to attend a Public Exhibition event at which the latest draft
proposals for the Cairnoch Hill Wind Farm (formerly Carron Valley Wind Farm) will be presented. The
proposed Cairnoch Hill Wind Farm is located on land at Cairnoch Hill, immediately north of the Carron
Valley Reservoir in Stirling. Current proposals for the Site comprise four wind turbines, each with a
maximum blade tip height of up to 180m, along with ancillary infrastructure.
The Public Exhibitions will be held as follows:

The Public Exhibition will provide an opportunity to gain information about the proposals and how
they have progressed following the previous Public Exhibitions held in March and April of 2026.
Visualisations of how the wind farm may look if constructed will be presented, as well as various other
Figures showing different elements of the proposed development. Detail on feedback received from
the previous Public Exhibitions and how this has been considered will also be provided.
You will be invited to provide comments and feedback on the proposals as part of the consultation
process. Members of the Eurowind team will be in attendance to field any questions that you may
have whilst visiting the exhibitions. Up-to-date information about the project can also be found at the
dedicated project website www.cairnochhillwindfarm.com. Feedback forms will also be available on
the website to submit via email to cairnochhillwindfarm@eurowindenergy.com. Please note emails
sent to the old (Carron Valley Wind Farm) email address will still be received, and similarly, access
attempts to the old website will be automatically redirected.
Any person wishing to make comments relating to the proposal, or wishing to obtain further
information, may do so by emailing: cairnochhillwindfarm@eurowindenergy.com.
This advert and consultation event are being held in accordance with the Town and Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (as amended) under Regulation
7.
All comments should be received by 19th June 2026. Comments made to Eurowind are not
representations made to the Stirling Council.
Following this final round of consultation, a planning application will be submitted to Stirling Council.
